Aerosol:

The basecoat formula which will dry matt. This needs protective clear coat to give it the desired gloss, UV & Scratch protection. 

The first thing you need to do is to make sure the part you are Painting is clean,

For best results use an automotive panel wipe.

Please make sure any primer is left for about 30-50mins to fully dry,

Use in well ventilated area.

After shaking the aerosol can,

add a very fine coat from about 20 – 30 cm away and then leave to dry for about 3 to 5 minutes,

Then add a further 2 – 3 coats leaving 3 -5 minutes per coat,

The paint will be touch dry within 20 – 30 minutes. And will be fully hard within 24 hours (at 20°c).

Once the paint is dry apply clearcoat/lacquer  in very fine coats leaving 3-5 minutes between coats

Basecoat:

Mixing ratio: 50:50 with thinners

Thinners: 2k Fast Thinners or Slow Basecoat Thinners

Spraying pressure: 3-4bar

Spraying nozzle: 1.3-1.6mm Coverage: 2-3 coats

Pot life: 6-8 Hours at 20°c

Apply Lacquer: 2-3hours at 20°c / 30minutes at 60°c

Protective clothing and Respirator must be used. Data sheets are available on request.

*Due to the fact our mixed paints are made to order we will not accept these items for return so please ensure all details given at time of order are correct and relevant to the vehicle you require the paint for.
