Ordering Online with us is safe and secure as all payments received through our website are handled via PayPal.

PayPal is a safer and easier way to pay online without revealing your credit card number therefore you can buy online without any nasty surprises.

If you wish, Postal orders or personal cheques are also accepted methods of payment within our company but payment via these methods will unfortunatly slow down the dispatch process as stock will not be dispatched until full payment is received and cleared.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this but unfortunately this is company policy.

If you are likely to be using one of these payment methods and require your items urgently please understand our situation as a company and allow time for these to be processed.

Alternatively payment over the phone is also accepted and we can arrange for a member of our team to contact you for payment using a credit or debit card or you can contact us direct on our U.K landline 01524 400000.

Return / Refund Policy

All purchases come with a 7 day cooling off period for returning items.

Due to the fact our mixed paints are made to order we will not accept these items for return so please ensure all details given at time of order are correct and relevant to the vehicle you require the paint for.

If you are at all in any doubt please contact us and we will be able to advise you the best course of action for what paint you will be requiring all of our staff are friendly and will assist you in any way necessary with any queries or questions regarding your order.

With some cars we can obtain the vehicle colour code/ paint details using the vehicle vin/chassis number (Vehicle Identity Number) or registration mark you will find these on your vehicles v5/log book please contact us if you are struggling to find the colour code.

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is dispatched.

We do request that if you want to return any items for exchange or refund that you notify us within 7 days on receipt of the good and that they are returned in original packaging as dispatched from us to you the customer.

Delivery Information

UK mainland Delivery is FREE and only available to postcodes within the mainland of the United Kingdom this excludes all islands such as Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of white and the Channel Islands.

If your postcode is redeemed as a non U.K mainland postcode please contact us for a quote on postage as we may still be able to arrange a courier that will deliver to your destination but unfortunatly there may be a charge for this service.

Here at Transpares we pride ourselves on rapidly dispatching all stocked orders on the day of purchase when ordered before 4pm and payment has been finalised and cleared.

Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in the price listed , you will be informed as soon as very possible and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service either by phone, e-mail or letter then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with in the stricktest confidentially and effectively as soon as possible.
