Price Match Guarantee

Here at Transpares we offer a price match guarantee where we will match the price if lower than our price to the price of another UK based website.

Instances where we would not price match (exceptions) are as follows;

If the items advertised are not in stock,

If the price quoted is for secondhand goods or damaged stock.

If the price quoted is not like for like, for example different manufacturers paint, colour or size or if the price is on an auction site such as eBay, or on goods which are being liquidated by another retailer.

If the price is on counterfeit goods or from an illegitimate retailer, e.g. a bogus website.

If the offer is a promotion e.g. multibuy, buy one get one free, buy one get one half price, 3 for 2, free gift, trade discounted or in a sale etc.

Proof of competitor price must be supplied so remember, if you’ve seen a price from a U.K authorised retailer and the item is in stock we will match the price for you.

Claiming couldn't be easier just supply us with the name of the website you saw the cheaper product on together with a screenshot of the offer and details of full price and your full name, and a contact telephone number in case we need to contact you.
