All purchases come with a 7 day cooling off period for returning items.

Due to the fact our mixed paints are made to order we will not accept these items for return so please ensure all details given at time of order are correct and relevant to the vehicle you require the paint for if you are at all in any doubt please contact us and we will be able to advise you the best course of action for what paint you will be requiring all of our staff are friendly and will assist you in any way necessary with any queries or questions regarding your order.

With some vehicles we can obtain the vehicle colour code/ paint details using the vehicle vin/chassis number (Vehicle Identity Number) or registration mark you will find these on your vehicles V5/log book please contact us if you are struggling to find the colour code.

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is dispatched. We do request that if you want to return any items for exchange or refund that you notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and that you return the items in the original packaging as dispatched from us to you the customer.
